Dear nationalists,
15 August 47 was not our Real Independence, and then what kind of Golden Jubilee are we
celebrating? Why are we being cheated and hurt by this showoff?
Facts to support the above are as follows :
1. In 1947, the documents of Authority were handed over to Govt. of India with a condition that same
will not come to light till 1999.
2. No amendment could be made in important provisions or acts by the Govt.
3. According to provision 348, every work/documentation of Supreme court, High court or the
Parliament have to be done in English and not in national language Hindi.
4. In April 47, the Prime Minister of New colonies (countries) were called in London. In the
Declaration, the Will of India was strongly mentioned under the Article 3 that:
a) India will remain the member of British group of as it is now (under commonwealth).
b) The countries under British rule (England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa,
Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India) will happily have to accept British King as the symbol of their
joining.
c) King will be accepted as Head of British council
5. The foreign policy and economy of Bharat is not free as it is colony under British rule.
6. The Naval forces are still not authorized with the national flag.
7. Jann-gann-mann is not our national anthem, as it was written on the arrival of George V so it is a
symbol of our bondage.
8. According to part 1(1) of English Law made in 1948, people of India are still the property of British
even after republicans.
9. If on 15 august, 47 Bharat was independent then why Mount Baton was the First Governor of
India??
10. On 22 june 48, the second Governor Chakraborty Rajagopalachari took the following oath "I
Rajagopalachari hereby pledge that I will be highly loyal to Lord George V, his ancestors and
successors and beholding this position I will always be present at their service".
11. On 14 August 1947 according to Independence Policy, Bharat was divided into two colonies based
on British commonwealth Act No. 9 (1) (2) (3) and No. 8 (1) (2) with 339 (1) and 362 (1) (3) (5)
And also under G18 article 576 n 7 these harmful and insulting provisions cannot be changed or
destroyed by the Govt. which indirectly meant that Bhartiya were nothing but foreigners for their
own nation.
12. According to provision 147, the Constitution of India can be interpreted under GOI Act 1935 and
Indian independence Act 1947 which applied by British Council.
13. Indian Govt. has not right to change provision no. 366, 371 and 372 and 392 of Indian Constitution.
14. The Govt. still has not acute evidence about Netaji's death in plane crash.
15. DUNKEL n GATT are made to enter easily the british sovereignty from back door so that they can
rule again on Bharat.
The abovementioned facts prove that we still are SLAVE and the Golden Jubilee is the sign of
victory of British and the black Britishers who now are ruling over Bharat.
